THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote events and manage attendee lists.
• Serve as an on-site contact to address any issues and provide support during events.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of event budgets, logistics, and outcomes.
• Handle post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Prior experience in event planning or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
