We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
